The 2001 Shiraz has a strong plum colour with deep purple hues with a rich, spicy bouquet, enhanced by maturation in American and French Oak Hogsheads for 18 months.
The Shiraz flavour is persistent , with excellent balance of ripe fruit, subtle pepper and soft tannins. This has made a wine of overall richness and structure that will age well for the next 10 years.
